A WEBTEKPC concede-te uma licença pessoal, não exclusiva, não transferível e revogável para utilizar a App nos teus dispositivos Apple, de acordo com as regras da App Store.
Esta licença não te permite copiar, modificar, distribuir, fazer engenharia reversa ou usar a App para fins comerciais sem autorização escrita prévia.
Concordas em utilizar a App apenas para fins pessoais e legítimos, sem interferir com sistemas associados nem violar leis aplicáveis.
A App e a respetiva propriedade intelectual pertencem à WEBTEKPC. O conteúdo que crias (planos, nomes, notas) permanece teu.
A App é fornecida "tal como está", sem garantias de funcionamento ininterrupto ou compatibilidade com todos os dispositivos.
Na medida máxima permitida por lei, a WEBTEKPC não será responsável por perda de dados locais, danos indiretos ou interrupções de serviços da Apple.
O uso está sujeito à nossa Política de Privacidade. Os dados ficam no teu dispositivo; não os recolhemos nos nossos servidores.

WEBTEKPC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on your Apple devices, in accordance with App Store rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or use the App commercially without prior written permission.
You agree to use the App only for personal and legitimate purposes, without interfering with related systems or violating applicable laws.
The App and its intellectual property belong to WEBTEKPC. Content you create (plans, names, notes) remains yours.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBTEKPC shall not be liable for loss of local data, indirect damages or Apple service interruptions.
Use is subject to our Privacy Policy. Data stays on your device; we do not collect it on our servers.
